Alan Pepin
Product Design Director
Alan is a multidisciplinary design leader with over two decades of experience in lighting, furniture, and home furnishings. He brings a mix of artisanal design-forward sensibility to product development, specializing in concept ideation, form exploration, and translating creative vision into market-ready products. Alan has led design direction for licensed and in-house collections, including high-profile design collaborations with nationally recognized retail and lifestyle brands, and has collaborated closely with global manufacturing partners to guide products from initial sketch through prototyping, rendering, and brand launch.
Known for balancing refined aesthetics with practical execution, Alan’s work blends modern and vintage influences to create designs that feel both timeless and current. Alan resides in Central Florida and attended The Minneapolis College of Art & Design as well as The University of Minnesota.
Christi Fitch
Director of Product Development
Christi is a senior product development and design leader with experience spanning furniture, home furnishings, and consumer products. She specializes in end‑to‑end product creation, from trend forecasting and design direction to sourcing, sampling, and commercialization.
She has managed multi‑category product portfolios, led global sourcing across Asia and other regions, launched brands, and partnered cross‑functionally to bring successful products to market. Christi blends strong creative insight with strategic, results‑driven execution.
Based in Dallas, Texas, she is an avid traveler and proud dog mom. She holds a Master’s degree in Merchandising with a focus on home furnishings from the University of North Texas and an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
